• Analysis of all real estate including financial and market analysis
• Review of all loan documentation
• Analysis of legal documents including analysis of loans in workout, foreclosure and bankruptcy
• Development of analytical models incorporating anticipated cash flows, legal costs, asset sale values, and the capital structures associated with the acquisition financing, preferred cash flows and discounted pricing
• Development of estimated and recommended pricing reflecting client risk and required returns
• Development of preliminary asset management strategies for each loan (including analysis of multiple scenarios including foreclosure, discounted payoffs, etc.).
