Questor provides a large assortment of unique real estate related consulting services. For example, we reviewed all aspects of the real estate holdings of a regional not-for-profit. We analyzed the physical and economic attributes of each asset to determine how each contributed to the overall mission and objectives of the organization. We also produced a comprehensive redevelopment plan for the organization’s management company.

Other assignments include the development of a Request For Proposal (“RFP”) process for a governmental entity. Questor helped to determine the type of real estate development would meet all of the organization’s needs.  Also, we developed judging standards, deal structuring and outlined the available options.
